2. Probably best known for being the teenage murderers of a classmate, [i]Facta Loquuntur[/ is,by no means, a musical monument. However there exists an irresistable charm to this album. Absurd,stylistically, have more in common with an amateurish punk band than the Black Metal bands of the time. The vocals on "Dreaming of Love" make this record.

3. Listen. I’ve read L’Etranger, Mythe, Le Mur, Existentialisme est un humanisme, etc. So spare me the exposition. Rebellion against the absurd entails both accepting this notion that the human nature and the nature of the universe are two movers, or that they cancel each other out, whatever.

Black Metal - generally considered to be this (mainly due to being grouped with NSBM), but whether that's deserved is debatable.; Everything's Louder with Bagpipes - Totentanz; Gratuitous English - They occaisionally perform songs in English. "Last Breath" has an English title despite being sung in German. Metal Scream - Being a black metal metal band, type 3 screams are common.

Album Rating: thanks man i appreciate it. @ragez: i usually try to keep personal pronouns out of my writing, but this album feels a little bit different for me. i dunno. i think tomorrow i'm gonna do a revision and clean up some of the stuff, put in more info about the beats, wrap the quotes in italics, etc., but i wanted to get some.

This is a compilation of most of the notoriously cruddy, corrosive early demo material of Absurd (besides the demo that's part of the Facta Loquuntur album), the band that was basically The Shaggs of black metal at their best. Anybody who buys this and regrets it only has themselves to blame/5(6).

8. Dec 16,  · There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Absurd is a black metal / pagan metal band from Germany. It was founded in Sondershausen by Hendrik Möbus and Sebastian Schauseil the 2'nd of January , with the third member Andreas Kirchner joining them later on.
